Milan defender Strahinja Pavlovic is not suffering with a concerning injury, despite coming off early during Serbia’s recent Nations League defeat against the Netherlands, but he could still sit out of his country’s next match away against Germany according to the latest updates.

Pavlovic had played every minute of every competitive fixture for club and country before coming off in the 71st minute of Serbia’s 2-1 defeat against the Netherlands on Sunday evening.

There had been concerns in the Serbian press that Pavlovic would be ruled out of his nation’s remaining fixtures in October as a result of the injury that forced him off against the Netherlands over the weekend.

However, according to the latest updates from SportMediaset, Milan have been informed that Pavlovic is simply struggling with muscular fatigue and that there is no concern regarding a longer-term injury.

However, there is a chance that Pavlovic is rested for Serbia’s upcoming Nations League match away against Germany on Thursday evening.
