Tilak Varma and Suryakumar Yadav steadied the innings and shifted the momentum back in India's favour with some classy stroke play. Just when the innings needed acceleration, Shivam Dube unleashed a breathtaking knock. In the death overs, Hardik Pandya applied the finishing touches, perfectly clever placement, brute power, and smart running between the wickets ensured India squeezed every possible run out of the final overs. Credit to the Netherlands bowlers, who kept things tight in the first half and didn't allow India to run away with the game. However, their execution at the backend faltered slightly, and India capitalised in style. Dutt was the pick of the bowlers, whilst Logan van Beek took three wickets, but was expensive.
