Chelsea have won four of their last five away games
Both teams have scored in nine of Chelsea’s last 10 away outings
Recommended bet: Chelsea to win & both teams to score
Chelsea’s four-match winning run in the Premier League came to an abrupt halt as they threw away a two-goal lead to draw 2-2 at home to Leeds on Tuesday, but they will be expecting to stamp their authority when they visit Hull in the FA Cup fourth round on Friday.
The Blues have made a decent start to life under manager Liam Rosenior and they showed their intent in this competition with a 5-1 thrashing of Charlton in the third round at The Valley.
Hull sit fourth in the Championship, 14 places above Charlton, so Chelsea should be expecting a stiffer test of their credentials and the Tigers do boast an attacking threat.
Only Coventry and Ipswich have scored more goals than Sergej Jakirovic’s side in the Championship and eight wins in their last 12 league outings will have them believing they can cause an upset.
However, Chelsea are fourth in the Premier League and represent much tougher opposition than they are used to.

Prediction
Chelsea are likely to utilise their squad depth for this FA Cup fourth-round clash with Hull, especially on the back of a midweek Premier League fixture, but they should have enough in reserve to come out on top.
Rosenior made changes for their third-round trip to Charlton but still saw his side ease to a 5-1 success, and the European representatives can again show the gulf in class between them and Championship opposition.
That said, the Tigers are going great guns in the Championship and in Oli McBurnie and Joe Gelhardt, who have scored 22 league goals between them, they should carry a threat.
Charlton posed Chelsea problems defensively in the last round and the Blues have been far from watertight at the back, with both teams scoring in nine of their last 10 away games.
