Arsenal are four points clear at the top of the Premier League despite Thursday's 1-1 draw with Brentford
Wigan have fallen into the League One relegation zone after a run of four straight defeats
Recommended bet: Eberechi Eze anytime goalscorer
Mikel Arteta scored in the shootout when Arsenal defeated trophy-holders Wigan on penalties in the 2013-14 FA Cup semi-finals and now, 12 years on, he must beat the Latics as a manager in his bid to lead the Gunners to a historic quadruple.
Arsenal have already booked their place in the EFL Cup final, topped the Champions League league phase and remain at the Premier League summit, so it is hard to see them being troubled too much by their League One visitors.
Wigan did beat Championship side Preston 1-0 in the previous round, but they are without a win since and look set for a difficult Sunday afternoon at the Emirates.
Team news
Martin Odegaard made his return against Brentford but was seen limping towards the end of the match and may be rested as a precaution alongside William Saliba, who missed that London derby through illness.
Max Dowman, Kai Havertz and Mikel Merino also miss out for the hosts, who should rotate heavily for this tie.
Wigan will be without Babajide Adeeko, Isaac Mabaya, Ryan Trevitt, Jack Rogers, Harry McHugh and Luke Robinson, while James Carragher, son of Liverpool legend Jamie, has a knock and will be assessed.

Prediction
Arteta will expect plenty of players to up their game following Thursday’s draw with Brentford, but perhaps none more so than Eberechi Eze.
Gunners fans fell in love with the summer signing after his stunning hat-trick in the November victory over rivals Tottenham, but, amazingly, Eze has failed to find the net since that sensational north London derby performance.
This looks like a great opportunity for that to change, however. Wigan are still without a permanent manager following Ryan Lowe’s sacking, are mired in the League One relegation zone and were routed 6-1 by Peterborough in their last away match.
Eze should get plenty of chances against the porous Latics and he may again shine in the FA Cup, just as he did when scoring four goals, including the only strike in the final, and leading Crystal Palace to glory last season.
