The Bills are naming offensive coordinator Joe Brady as their next head coach

The Buffalo Bills are expected to finalize a contract that will make offensive coordinator Joe Brady the team's next head coach. The Bills are reportedly signing Brady to a five-year deal.
Brady joined the Bills as their quarterbacks coach on February 4th, 2022, a role he served in until he was named Buffalo's interim offensive coordinator after the team fired Ken Dorsey in November of 2023. The next season, he was named the team's full-time offensive coordinator, a role he held until today, when he was promoted to head coach.

Mike McCarthy agrees to become the Steelers' head coach

Over the weekend, the Pittsburgh Steelers announced that they had reached a verbal agreement for Mike McCarthy to become the team's next head coach. McCarthy, who is a Pittsburgh native, last coached during the 2024-25 season.
Mike McCarthy famously served as the head coach of the Green Bay Packers from 2006 to 2018, where he won a Super Bowl and compiled a 125-77-2 record. After leaving Green Bay, he took a year off from the NFL before being hired as the head coach of the Dallas Cowboys on January 7th, 2020. During his five-year stint with the Cowboys, he went 49-35 and led Dallas to three straight playoff appearances from 2021 to 2023.
