The USA roster has been divided into two teams, while the World roster comprises players who were born outside the United States.

The tournament will feature four 12-minute games. After the first three games are played, the two teams with the best record will advance to the NBA All-Star Game Championship. If all teams have a 1-1 record, point differential will be used as a tiebreaker.
