Leading trainer Willie Mullins wants to alter Al Boum Photo's schedule ahead of the jumps season, with the dual Cheltenham Gold Cup winner set to race more often in the coming months.
The nine-year-old has started the last three campaigns at Tramore on New Year's Day, with connections watching on as he won in fine style on all three occasions.
He beat Total Recall in 2019 with Ruby Walsh on board before Paul Townend guided him to victory over Acapella Bourgeois in 2020.
Townend and Al Boum Photo once again proved too much for Acapella Bourgeois at the start of this year but it was Minella Indo that prevailed at Cheltenham in March in the Gold Cup.
The meeting at Tramore seems to be a good omen for Mullins and Al Boum Photo but the Savills Chase is now not his only option.
When asked about his plans, Mullins told the Racing Post: "Ideally, I would like to get Al Boum Photo out earlier than New Year's Day. That's what I'm thinking at the moment, but I don't have an intended target in mind for him just yet.
"We'll wait and see what might suit him. He has summered very well, and I have been very happy with him since he's come back in.
"It's a bit early in the season to be making any plans for my jumpers, so it will be another few weeks before any decisions are made on who is going where."
Al Boum Photo remains Mullins' shortest-priced runner in the 2022 Cheltenham Gold Cup and the 2022 edition of the race promises to be another cracker.

Mullins could enter his stable star in the Champion Chase at Down Royal on October 30, with the Irish handler not having won that race since 1999.
The Betfair Chase at Haydock in November is another contender where Al Boum Photo could come up against A Plus Tard.
The John Durkan Chase at Punchestown at the start of December is another potential route, but Mullins and his team seem happy to bide their time.
Mullins has already revealed that Monkfish will miss the entire 2021-22 season due to a tendon injury, while Min was retired last month after a hugely successful career.
Min had been ruled out until Christmas due to injury but Mullins and his team decided to call it a day, although he still has the likes of Al Boum Photo, Allaho, Sharjah, Appreciate It and Sir Gerhard at his disposal.
