Croatia vs England (Nations League) – 5:00 pm
Croatia and England conceded four and three goals respectively in encounters with world champions Spain over the past week, but did respond with efforts of their own in 4-1 and 3-2 defeats.
Indeed, BTTS bettors would have enjoyed backing Croatia and England this year in general. Five of the Vatreni’s last six contests and each of Slaven Bilic’s first two games in charge have produced goals at both ends, while six of England’s last seven matches have done the same.
The only outlier for the Three Lions was their 2-0 win over the Czech Republic in midweek, though their hosts were hamstrung by a 25th-minute red card in that one. In addition, England and Croatia traded blows in a six-goal thriller (4-2) as recently as June at the World Cup, so our BTTS prospects look strong here.
Recommended bet: Both Teams to Score

Iceland vs Bulgaria (Nations League) – 5:00 pm
Iceland warmed up for their tussle with Bulgaria with a fine 3-0 win in Luxembourg on Tuesday evening, with first-half strikes from Andri Guðjohnsen and Orri Óskarsson setting them on the path to victory over the minnows.
Saturday’s opponents Bulgaria, were beaten 2-1 by the same Luxembourgian side on matchday one in Nations League C Group 4 last weekend, and they looked abject again when they failed to create a single big chance in a 0-0 draw with Estonia in midweek.
Iceland have the edge in terms of firepower here and they are backed to score over 1.5 goals against a Bulgarian defence that has shipped 2+ goals in five of their last six competitive away internationals.
Recommended bet: Over 1.5 Iceland Goals

Spain vs Czech Republic (Nations League) – 7:45 pm
Spain passed two tricky tests against England and Croatia with flying colours in their first two Nations League assignments, netting an impressive seven times along the way, and with the hard work done, they should be able to enjoy themselves against the Czech Republic in Oviedo.
La Roja are now unbeaten in a record-extending 40 matches inside 90 minutes, winning 30 of those, and it took them just two minutes to establish a lead against Croatia on Tuesday, having broken the deadlock less than 120 seconds into their victory over England at Wembley before that.
Spain are likely to be in command from the off again here, which makes backing them in the half time/full time market an appealing choice, with prices in that direction offering much-better value than standard win lines.
Recommended bet: Spain to be Winning at Half Time/Full Time

North Macedonia vs Scotland (Nations League) – 7:45 pm
Scotland failed to score in their first two matches under new boss Sebastien Pocognoli against Slovenia (0-0) and Switzerland (0-3), and if they fail to score inside 26 minutes against North Macedonia on Saturday, they would create a new all-time record run without scoring.
The Scots have gone 422 minutes without finding the net overall since they last registered through John McGinn’s deflected strike against Haiti in Boston at the World Cup. With players like Scott McTominay, Lyndon Dykes, Che Adams and Lawrence Shankland currently absent, this Scottish squad is low on finishers.
This North Macedonia outfit meanwhile, has managed to score just one goal in their last eight fixtures combined, so everything points to a low-key affair when they host Scotland in Skopje.
Recommended bet: Under 2.5 Goals

Switzerland vs Slovenia (Nations League) – 7:45 pm
We’re returning to the half markets for our next leg, with Switzerland backed to hold an advantage at the interval when they host Slovenia. Six points and six goals from two games against North Macedonia (3-0) and Scotland (3-0) represented the perfect start to the new Nations League campaign for the Swiss.
They were one and two goals to the good by the break in those away tests in Skopje and Glasgow, and Switzerland could come out of the blocks just as quickly on Saturday.
Murat Yakin’s side played and beat Slovenia 3-0 in Basel in a World Cup qualifier in 2025. Switzerland were three goals up before the half-time whistle blew there, and drawing confidence from that, they can outclass Slovenia early in Lucerne.
Recommended bet: Switzerland to be Winning at Half Time
