An outstanding season has seen Sunderland secure their future in the Premier League with plenty to spare and Regis Le Bris' men can still qualify for Europe.
A place in the top six is still a possibility for the Black Cats, who are just two points behind Chelsea with five games to play.

Friday 24th April - Nottingham Forest (h)
Sunderland return to action on Friday night, when they face relegation-threatened Nottingham Forest at the Stadium of Light.
The hosts are looking to complete a league double over Forest, having secured a 1-0 win at the City Ground back in September thanks to a first-half goal from Omar Alderete.
The Black Cats sit sixth in the Premier League home table, having lost just three of their 16 league games on home soil and collecting 29 points at the SOL.
Forest will head to Wearside off the back of a much-needed win over Burnley, which moved them five points clear of the relegation zone.
The clash with Sunderland will come six days before their Europa League semi-final first-leg with Midlands rivals Aston Villa.
Saturday 2nd May - Wolves (a)
Sunderland's first game of May will be at Molineux, against a Wolves team who are likely to have already been relegated by then.
Wanderers have been rooted to the foot of the table for the majority of the season and have lost 10 of their 16 home league games to date.
Sunderland are unbeaten in their last four games against Wolves (two wins / two draws) and that includes a 2-0 home victory back in October.
Saturday 9th May - Manchester United (h)
Arguably Sunderland's toughest game of the run-in is against third-placed Manchester United at the Stadium of Light.
The Red Devils have lost just two of their 12 games under caretaker boss Michael Carrick, which includes away wins at Arsenal, Everton and Chelsea.
The Black Cats lost 2-0 at Old Trafford, which was one of three straight Premier League defeats against United.
Sunday 17th May - Everton (a)
The last away game of the season sees Le Bris' squad travel to Merseyside to face David Moyes' Everton.
This is Sunderland's second trip to the Hill Dickinson Stadium this season, having knocked the Toffees out of the FA Cup on penalties in January.
Both of this season's meetings between these two sides have finished 1-1, with Granit Xhaka scoring a second-half equaliser at the Stadium of Light.
This will be the 186th meeting between the sides across all competitions, with Sunderland winning 70 times to Everton's 82.
Sunday 24th May - Chelsea (h)
Sunderland's first season back in the top-flight is capped off with a home clash against Chelsea on the final day.
European qualification might be on the agenda for both teams, as the Black Cats seek a Premier League double over the Blues.
An injury-time winner from Chemsdine Talbi handed Sunderland a 2-1 win at Stamford Bridge in October, with Wilson Isidor scoring the equaliser after Alejandro Garnacho's opener for the Blues.
Sunderland have won just one of their last 13 home league games against Chelsea, that was a 3-2 success in May 2016 thanks to goals from Wahbi Khazri, Fabio Borini and Jermain Defoe.
