Watch: Rabiot puts Milan ahead against Sassuolo with rocket of a strike

AC Milan got the first goal of the game at the Mapei Stadium, with Adrien Rabiot the man on hand to net his third of the campaign.

In the 63rd minute, Milan finally put one of their chances away and it was Rabiot who scored the opening goal, the man who has so often popped up in times of need.

The Frenchman drifted in behind the Sassuolo line and received pass from Modric, turning and lashing a rocket of a shot past Muric at his near post.

If the talks of Rabiot being in line for a renewal and a pay rise are true, then he certainly did his case no harm.
