Video: Cardinale all smiles at San Siro before Milan-Bologna

Milan owner Gerry Cardinale was in a relaxed mood at San Siro before this evening’s Serie A clash with Bologna.

The RedBird Capital founder was once again at the stadium to watch his side. Footage shows him sharing a few jokes by the pitch before kick-off.

It’s a good moment for the owner to be around the club. Milan are unbeaten in Serie A under Rúben Amorim and started the evening fifth on 18 points. Behind the scenes, the Rossoneri are also at an advanced stage of talks to bring in Markus Krösche as sporting director.

Amorim has had to shuffle his pack against Bologna, with Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Adrien Rabiot, Diego Moreira and Mario Gila among eight absentees. Saturday’s Derby della Madonnina against Inter is next.
