Stupidity at its finest: Instant reaction to Bournemouth 3-0 AC Milan

Stefano recorded his reaction to AC Milan’s defeat against Bournemouth straight after the game and it’s safe to say that he didn’t hold back.

Milan headed into the away clash with some confidence after their wins against Salzburg and Atalanta. However, as Ruben Amorim made several changes to the starting eleven, it was known from the get-go that we wouldn’t get to see the best Rossoneri side.

You can certainly say that again. Bournemouth were the brighter side in the opening minutes and created a few chances, one of which resulted in a penalty. It was a silly handball by Koni De Winter, but that was nothing compared to what happened after.

In the 27th minute, Maignan was shown a red card for pushing his opponents with both hands in the face. As highlighted by Stefano in his instant reaction, this was obviously the defining moment of the game and can certainly be described as stupidity at its finest.
