Serie A official line-ups: Parma vs. Udinese

Daffara replaces Edoardo Corvi in the Parma goal, and Diego Carlos drops out after his own goal at Lazio. Gilardino also switches to a 3-5-2, with Romero and Touré up front. Nicolò Zaniolo starts behind Keinan Davis for Udinese, with Bertola at right wing-back.

It kicks off at 18:30 CET [17:30 GMT] at the Stadio Ennio Tardini, with Davide Massa refereeing.

This is a relegation six-pointer. Parma and Udinese are both on four points, level with Fiorentina and one point above bottom side Venezia.

Udinese went unbeaten in their first four games across Serie A and the Coppa Italia, but have now lost six league games in a row. The latest was Sunday’s 2-0 home defeat to Milan. Reports in Italy say Kosta Runjaic’s job depends on the three games before the international break: Parma, Roma and Venezia.

Parma have lost all three league games since Alberto Gilardino replaced Carlos Cuesta at the end of September. At Lazio on Saturday they went 2-0 down early in the second half, and Simone Lontani’s late goal was only a consolation.

Hans Nicolussi Caviglia (pubalgia) and Pontus Almqvist (calf) are back in the Parma squad. Nicolussi Caviglia hasn’t been called up all season until now. Elphege is still out after surgery for acute appendicitis, and Lautaro Valenti is not in the squad.

Udinese are again without Oumar Solet (leg), along with David Alaba (calf), Bayo (hamstring), Gueye (ankle surgery), Alessandro Zanoli (muscular) and Jovanović. Nicolò Zaniolo is available.

Neither side has any players suspended.
