Serie A official line-ups: Genoa vs. Juventus

Juventus head coach Luciano Spalletti reverts to just the one striker against Genoa this evening, with Randal Kolo Muani leading the line for the Bianconeri.

It kicks off at 20:45 CET [19:45 GMT] at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris, with Daniele Doveri refereeing.

Juventus are seventh in Serie A on 14 points. Sunday’s 2-0 win at Lecce, with goals from Weston McKennie and Douglas Luiz, was their first league win in 35 days. Luciano Spalletti’s side host Napoli on Sunday.

Genoa are 16th on seven points, but Daniele De Rossi’s side have won their last two home games, against Fiorentina and Venezia. Mikael Ellertsson scored the winner against Venezia.

Juve’s injury crisis shows no sign of easing: Kenan Yildiz (foot surgery), Khéphren Thuram (knee surgery) and Manuel Locatelli (meniscus) are all long-term absentees. Kamil Grabara’s season is over with an ACL tear. Francisco Conceição (shoulder dislocation), Zeki Çelik (thigh) and Nico González (soleus) won’t be back until after the international break. Meanwhile, Jeff Ekhator is also out and will therefore not feature against his old club.

Spalletti has called up three players from the Next Gen side: Owusu, Pagnucco and 18-year-old striker Durmisi, who gets his first senior call-up.

Kingsley Ehizibue and Sow are back in the Genoa squad. Samuel Wiafe went off against Venezia but has no muscle injury and is available. Lorenzo Venturino (patellar tendon surgery), Elias Havel (ankle) and Cody Drameh are out.

Neither side has any players suspended.
