AC Milan are not stopping after the renewal of Strahinja Pavlovic and the agreement reached with Christian Pulisic, reports claim.

The autumn months are often dedicated to finalising and sorting out the situation of players nearing the end of their contracts. Pavlovic has already signed his contract extension until 2031, and Pulisic will do the same soon, but there is one more that seems close as well.

Two done, one to come

As Corriere dello Sport (via MilanNews) report today, the management now intend to focus on the negotiations with Rabiot, the team’s most decisive player so far this season. The Frenchman has a deal running until 2028, and there’s also a shared idea of continuing together.

Amorim and the club have made this clear for some time, and the player himself has never shown signs of impatience or dissatisfaction, even without the Champions League or Massimiliano Allegri at the helm.

In fact, things are quite the opposite, and his performances on the pitch so far show it. Discussions with his mother and agent, Veronique, regarding a contract extension with an adjustment have already begun and are expected to progress quickly.

Meanwhile, Matteo Moretto also spoke about the latest on the renewal front in a video posted last night, in addition to discussing the pursuit of a new sporting director. His words are via MilanNews.

“Pulisic chapter. His contract renewal until 2031 is imminent, it remains to be seen whether he’ll sign before or after the derby, but it’s a matter of days. Chris is very happy to be in Milan; he was already close to renewing some time ago, but he wanted guarantees regarding the technical project.

“These guarantees have evidently arrived, as was the case with Adrien Rabiot. The Frenchman is expected to renew his contract with Milan between now and the end of the year. Two important pieces, two crucial renewals for the future of Milan.”
