Pulisic desperate for Milan to find consistency: “Important for us to change this situation”

Christian Pulisic has admitted that AC Milan must find a way to play to their maximum level against all opponents, not just big games.

It has been a familiar tale for Milan in the past few weeks, given that they have lost their last three midweek games which has meant that a response is needed at the weekend. The Rossoneri lost to Bournemouth, beat Udinese, lost to Bologna, beat Inter and most recently lost to Ferencvaros.

So, another bounce-back performance and result is required at the Marassi, against a Genoa side who have won four of their last five games and three on the spin. Without it, things risk being quite turbulent over the break for Ruben Amorim and his team, given the lack of consistency.

Pulisic spoke to DAZN before kick-off at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris to look ahead to another important game, with his words relayed by MilanNews.

Was there a frank discussion after Ferencvaros?

“It’s important for us to change this situation. We can see that against Inter and other big teams we play well and win, but today the key is to win. We need to get these three points and then find consistency.”
