AC Milan will be up against Udinese in an important away game tomorrow evening, and due to several injuries, Ruben Amorim is set to make

The head coach rotated quite heavily for the mid-week clash against Bournemouth, which didn’t turn out too well for the Rossoneri. As such, the plan was to revert to the usual starting eleven for the Udinese game, but that plan has now been thrown out the window.

Earlier today, it was confirmed by Milan that the key players Mario Gila, Adrien Rabiot and Diego Moreira will all miss out on the action at Stadio Friuli. If they had been available, Amorim surely would have fielded them from the first minute.

Necessary changes amid injuries

According to MilanNews and Sky, Amorim will switch to the 4-3-3/4-3-2-1 formation for this one as a result of the injuries. The defence will remain fairly untouched, with Fikayo Tomori starting again in Gila’s absence, and the midfield will be complemented by the addition of Luka Modric.

The most changes will be in attack, where Christian Pulisic and Goncalo Ramos will get the chance along with Omari Hutchinson. The Englishman started against Bournemouth as well but played in the centre, whereas now he will be on the right.

Predicted Milan XI (4-3-3): Maignan; Tomori, De Winter, Pavlovic, Bartesaghi; Musah, Modric, Jashari; Hutchinson, Ramos, Pulisic.

Predicted bench: Torriani, Bouyer, F. Terracciano, Vladimirov, Diawara, Estupinan, Perera, Comotto, Loftus-Cheek, Vos, Cisse, Menon, Ossola, Camarda.

Injuries & suspensions: Chukwueze, Gabbia, Gila, Moreira, Rabiot, Saelemaekers, P. Terracciano.
