MN: Camarda and Comotto ‘destined’ to leave Milan on loan in January
AC Milan could see Christian Comotto and Francesco Camarda depart on loan in the winter mercato, it seems.
With players like Camarda and Comotto, especially at this age, minutes are valuable. It’s all well and good training with some of the best players in Europe, but if you don’t play, you don’t learn. For example, you don’t learn to drive in a car park, but on the road.
So, it seems the pair will be allowed to go onto the road in January, with no signs of them getting the proper experience with Milan right now.
Loans for both
MilanNews, this afternoon, wrote that both Camarda and Comotto are ‘destined’ to leave the club in January, with several clubs open to a loan move already. Between them, they’ve seen less than 115 minutes, which is simply not enough.
In the summer, it was heavily discussed that the Rossoneri couldn’t waste another year of their careers and it’s impossible to not see this as six months wasted, especially for Camarda.
The entourages of both will assess their futures in the next few weeks, with loan moves seen as the best option to gain experience. In Comotto’s case, Genoa, Parma and Monza are already heavily interested. For Camarda, there are no suggestions yet, but he wouldn’t be unpopular.
