With their collaboration with Mizuno drawing to an end, Lazio are searching for a new technical sponsor and a kit supplier.

Lazio to Break Away From Mizuno

In 2022, the Biancocelesti struck a five-year contract with the Japanese company worth circa €5 million per season. But it now appears that the two parties are heading in separate directions. Their contract will expire at the end of the 2026/27 campaign, with no signs of a renewal on the horizon.

Umbro Pull Out of the Race?

Several candidates to replace Mizuno have emerged over the past few days, including Umbro, a choice that evoked nostalgia among Lazio fans, as the famous British manufacturer was Lazio’s kit supplier between 1989 and 1998. But according to La Lazio Siamo Noi, Umbro is losing ground to two other companies.

Castore The Favourites to Sign With Lazio?

The source identifies Castore as the current favourite to seal the deal. The English company was founded in 2015, but has already built a solid reputation, especially in the British Isles, striking partnerships with Everton and Burnley, among others. Lazio would represent a golden opportunity for the company to enter the Italian market.

Hummel Join the Race

While Castore are looking to close the deal with Lazio, Hummel has recently entered the fray. The Danish manufacturer is now considered a serious candidate. The company’s current partners include Bournemouth, Real Betis, Coventry City, Werder Bremen, and the Danish national team.

Supplying Lazio’s Danish duo Oliver Provstgaard and Gustav Isaksen could be an additional incentive for Hummel to collaborate with the Italian capital side. The next few weeks could be decisive on this front.
