Lazio in Advanced Talks With New Technical Sponsor Who Will Replace Mizuno
Lazio are closing in on an agreement with Hummel, who could become the club’s technical sponsor and kit supplier starting next season.
Lazio Seeking New Technical Sponsor as Mizuno Deal Expires
In 2022, the Italian capital side signed a five-year contract with Mizuno worth circa €5 million per season. The Japanese company replaced Macron as the club’s technical sponsor. However, the agreement between the two clubs is set to expire at the end of the season, and they appear to be heading towards a separation.

Therefore, Lazio have been linked with several potential kit manufacturers over the past weeks, including their 1990s partner Umbro and rising English company Castore. But in recent days, Hummel have seemingly overtaken the competition, placing themselves as the ultimate favourites to provide the club’s kit starting from the 2027/28 campaign.
Lazio Close to Finding Agreement With Hummel
According to Calcio e Finanza, Lazio are in very advanced negotiations with the Danish kit manufacturer. Hence, an agreement could be reached in the coming weeks. Hummel might not be the biggest name in the sport, but has partnerships with several notable clubs, including Bournemouth, Coventry City, Sunderland, Werder Bremen, and Real Betis, in addition to the Danish national team.
The Aquile would thus provide Hummel the opportunity to enter the Italian market through the big door by forming a partnership with one of the biggest Serie A clubs. The figures and contract length remain unclear at this stage.
