After the board of directors, the shareholders’ meeting has also approved the 2026 accounts.

At Inter's shareholders' meeting, the club confirmed the positive signs already reported after the board of directors' meeting.

The accounts for the year ended 30 June 2026 mark an important step forward in the club's growth and international consolidation. Inter posted a profit of €22.7 million and recorded the second-highest turnover in their history. They also strengthened their equity, which returned to positive territory.

Accounts approved

F.C. Internazionale Milano S.p.A. shareholders approved the accounts for the 2025/26 financial year at an online meeting today. President and CEO Giuseppe Marotta and Inter's senior management attended.

Record revenues

The income statement for 2025/26 shows revenue of €518 million, the club's second-highest total after last season's record (€567 million). Participation in the FIFA Club World Cup and reaching the UEFA Champions League final brought in extraordinary revenue that boosted last season's figure.

Profit of 22.7 million and cost reductions

The accounts have closed in profit again, with net profit of €22.7 million. Stable turnover, supported by higher commercial and matchday revenue, and a reduction in production costs of around €20 million, or 4%, delivered that result.

Following the financial year's performance, the Group's net equity has returned to positive territory at €10.4 million, from a negative €12 million at the close of the 2024/25 financial year.

Cost reductions and investments in La Pinetina

After the club completed refinancing at the end of last year, finance costs fell by approximately 50%, or €19 million, during the financial year in question. The new financing has a lower cost of capital than the previous arrangement.

The club has also launched a substantial investment plan to develop the infrastructure at the Inter Training Center in Appiano Gentile and the Konami Women & Talent Center in Interello.

Sustainability report

At the close of the Shareholders' Meeting, the Company presented its first Sustainability Report. The report aims to turn the Club's intention to take a structured approach into action by bringing together activities already under way, assessing their impact and identifying areas for improvement.

Marotta’s words

“During a season in which we secured our third domestic double, the Club also consolidated its finances off the pitch. The work to put our finances on a sound footing accelerated further with the arrival of Oaktree as our new owners. The accounts submitted for your approval confirm the significant strengthening of the Club’s financial position and equity. Revenue has once again exceeded €500 million, the financial year has ended with a net profit, finance costs are lower than in the previous accounts and, after a long time, equity is back in positive territory. Our commitment to balancing sustainability and sporting competitiveness will continue, in the conviction that we are on the right track. Soon we will share with you all the wonderful result of the design work for Milan’s new stadium: a new urban landmark and a revitalised sporting hub, full of life and open to the public. This stadium, which we will own, will also be a strategic platform enabling Inter to increase revenue and close the gap on Europe’s top clubs.”
