Kim is struggling for minutes with Bayern
And Allegri is looking to add to his team in the January window as AC Milan consider a move for Bayern star Kim.
The 29-year-old has struggled for regular game time under Vincent Kompany this season having started just six league games.
Kim is behind both Dayot Upamecano and Jonathan Tah in the Bayern pecking order and is eager for regular game time ahead of the World Cup in the summer.
Italian giants interested in bolstering backline
AC Milan are hardly faltering defensively in Serie A this season having conceded just 13 times, the third fewest league goals in the division.
However, Allegri is looking to bring in experience as the Milan powerhouse seek to pip rivals Inter and defending champions Napoli to top spot.
That said, the Italian giants would need Bayern to contribute towards Kim’s salary in order for a move to San Siro to happen.
Bayern running rampant in the Bundesliga
