Team’s Up – Lotomba, Tounekti and Forrest start for Celtic

Martin O’Neill has named his Celtic team for this evening’s UEFA Europa League clash with Besiktas. The Irishman has made a number of changes from the side that lost to Falkirk on Sunday afternoon but it signals that the manager does not believe Celtic can resurrect their European ambitions.

Sam Johnstone starts in goals.

A backline of Jordan Lotomba, Cameron Carter-Vickers, Liam Scales and Kieran Tierney starts.

Callum McGregor continues in the midfield with Mika Baur and Benji Nygren.

In attack, Seb Tounekti and James Forrest start out wide with Kasper Hogh through the middle.

Subs: Sinisalo, Doohan, Duran, McCowan, Sorensen, Osmand, Oxlade-Chamberlain, Hassan, McArdle, Murray, Donovan & Ralston.
