Hearts three points clear at the top of the table
Rangers have only lost one league game at Ibrox this season
Kilmarnock have only won one game away from home this season
Hearts still have a three-point advantage at the top of the Scottish Premiership table, but that gap could be closed this week with the Jam Tarts not in action in midweek.
Derek McInnes' team and Falkirk will play no part in the midweek action, but there are still five games scheduled across the division.
Dundee vs Kilmarnock (Tuesday, 19:45pm)
Dundee ended their wait for a win with Saturday's 1-0 success over Falkirk. Steven Pressley's side had gone four games without a win, but they should have more confidence after another home success.
Kilmarnock are winless in 12 and they should fall short, having only won one of their nine away games in the Scottish Premiership.
Score prediction: Dundee 2-0 Kilmarnock
Hibernian vs Aberdeen (Tuesday, 19:45pm)
Hibernian restored some pride with a huge 3-2 win in the Edinburgh derby against table-topping Hearts and that should give them the boost they need ahead of their clash with Aberdeen.
Hibs have won four of their last six at Easter Road and they could be playing the Dons at just the right time, with the Reds having won only one of their last five in all competitions.
Score prediction: Hibernian 2-1 Aberdeen
Livingston vs Dundee United (Tuesday, 19:45pm)
Rock-bottom Livingston have yet to show any signs of improvement and they have not won since August.
The hosts are winless in 17 and the visitors should have far too much quality for them as they look to extend their unbeaten run to five matches.
Score prediction: Livingston 0-1 Dundee United
Rangers vs St Mirren (Tuesday, 19:45pm)
Rangers may be nine points behind leaders Hearts, but they have been tough to beat at Ibrox this season.
Danny Rohl's team have only lost once in front of their own fans this year in the league and they should be able to battle past the Buddies. The visitors are unbeaten in five games, but three of those fixtures were at home.
St Mirren have only won one of their last five on the road, but they have scored in four consecutive away ties, so they can get themselves on the scoresheet.
Score prediction: Rangers 2-1 St Mirren
Motherwell vs Celtic (Tuesday, 8pm)
After a slow start under new coach Wilfried Nancy, Celtic have now won two games in a row, scoring seven goals in the process.
They will have to be at their best to get the better of Motherwell, though, with the Steelmen unbeaten in four at home.
Celtic have won the last five head-to-head meetings, while they last lost to Well in December 2015.
Score prediction: Motherwell 1-2 Celtic
