Celtic are back in action on Sunday when they welcome Kilmarnock to Parkhead. The Bhoys finally picked up their first Europa League win of the season on Thursday night, coming from behind to defeat a very good Besiktas side.

Attention now turns back to the league and trying to bounce back from two game from two games without a win, which have included a defeat to Falkirk and a draw with Dundee United.

Kilmarnock drew 2-2 with St Johnstone, and they are currently just one point above bottom spot after a disappointing start to the season. Celtic will be heavy favourites here, but they need to get back to being clinical in front of goal in the league.

Ahead of the game, we have rounded up all the latest injury news surrounding both sides.

Bailey Rice - Out

Rice is not expected back from his groin issue this side of the break. Neil McCann said last month: “He felt his groin, so I actually don’t know. We’ll just monitor that over the next couple of days, but clear it was enough for him to come off. Tish [Aaron Tshibola], who played at Ibrox, was raring to go. Probably disappointed. In fact, I know he was disappointed to be left out – that’s what I want – and he came on; I thought he was brilliant.”

Max Stryjek - Out

Stryjek suffered a knee injury last month that will keep him out into December. McCann said at the time that Stryjeck would be out for "quite a considerable bit of time". He added: "If I know Max, given his last return to duty, he'll be pushing so hard to get back as quickly as possible, but it'll be a huge hole in our squad just now."

Yang Hyun-jun - Doubt

Yang has been dealing with a hamstring issue since the Asian Games. He is back in training and O'Neill has suggested there is a chance he could return here, but Celtic may hold him back until after the break.

Alistair Johnston - Out

Johnston suffered a setback to his hamstring issue a couple of weeks ago and will not be available until after the break.

Auston Trusty - Doubt (Other)

Trusty has not featured since the death of his father. O'Neill has said he will give him all the time off he needs due to the defender struggling with the news/ It's unclear when he will return.
