Celtic and Rangers suffered major disappointments in their Champions League play-offs
Hibs were on the end of European heartache in Poland on Thursday
The Old Firm derby at Ibrox on Sunday is the headline attraction
All eyes will be on Ibrox come Sunday as the Glasgow pair of Rangers and Celtic tussle for matters more local after suffering continental embarrassments in midweek.
Gers boss Russell Martin is under intense scrutiny just months into his tenure, while Parkhead supremo Brendan Rodgers is seemingly ill at ease with the champions' transfer strategy as he navigates the last year of his current contract.
There are two games on Saturday and four on Sunday and we are looking ahead to all six games in the Scottish Premiership, with a score prediction for each one.
Livingston vs Hearts (Saturday, 3pm)
Both of these teams have made promising starts to the season. Livi came unstuck against Celtic last weekend, while Hearts stormed back from 3-0 down to claim a home point against Motherwell.
The last six meetings at Almondvale have produced just five goals.
Score prediction: Livingston 1-1 Hearts
Motherwell vs Kilmarnock (Saturday, 3pm)
Motherwell were pegged back after a flying start against Hearts last weekend, while Kilmarnock could not engineer a goal against Dundee at Rugby Park.
Killie are winless in eight visits to Fir Park.
Score prediction: Motherwell 2-0 Kilmarnock
Rangers vs Celtic (Sunday, Midday)
The pressure is on both sides of the Old Firm following a humbling 24 hours of Champions League play-off pain in midweek.
Rangers haven't lost any of the last four meetings in normal time and have won seven of the previous 12 halves at Ibrox, while Bhoys boss Rodgers has lost only three of his 22 Glasgow derbies.
Score prediction: Rangers 1-1 Celtic
Dundee vs Dundee United (Sunday, 2pm)
Tayside pride is on the line here. The last six instalments have produced two wins each and two draws, while 18 goals have been scored in the previous five Dundee derbies.
Both teams are searching for their first league win of the season.
Score prediction: Dundee 2-2 Dundee United
Aberdeen vs Falkirk (Sunday 3pm)
The bottom two clubs in the table, with Aberdeen yet to score in the league and returning from a 3-0 loss against FCSB on Thursday night.
This is just a second meeting with Falkirk since 2013 and the visitors have conceded nine times in three league and cup outings so far.
Score prediction: Aberdeen 1-0 Falkirk
Hibernian vs St Mirren (Sunday, 3pm)
Hibs went 120 minutes in Warsaw on Thursday, scoring three goals, but ultimately coming home with nothing but heartache.
David Gray must rally the troops now. St Mirren have more points than goals after three games, but have won on their last two visits to Easter Road and could be catching Hibs at just the right time.
Score prediction: Hibernian 0-2 St Mirren
