FootballTransfers runs through the biggest rumours and gossip from 3 November, including the latest updates on Gavi, Estevao and Riccardo Calafiori.

Gavi transfer alert?

Barcelona midfielder Gavi is not yet thinking about leaving the club despite his limited minutes, Fabrizio Romano understands.

The 22-year-old has seen his career stagnate due to his repeated injury struggles, and he currently finds himself far down Barcelona's midfield pecking order. He has been an unused substitute in five of the last eight LaLiga games.

This has given rise to speculation over his future, but Romano insists that there is no "transfer alert" just yet. Unlike Alejandro Balde, who is increasingly likely to leave Barcelona in January, Gavi remains in the club's plans and is not looking to get out.

Chelsea open Estevao talks

Chelsea have initiated contract negotiations with Estevao, AS reports.

The Brazil international has found regular opportunities hard to come by under Xabi Alonso, which has resulted in rumours of a potential loan exit in January. Chelsea, however, are keen to keep hold of Estevao.

In order to show him that he remains an integral part of the club's long-term plans, the Blues are prepared to hand him an improved contract even though his current deal still runs until 2033.

Real Madrid dream of Calafiori

Arsenal defender Riccardo Calafiori is a "dream" target for Real Madrid, TEAMtalk claims.

The Italian was already on the Spanish club's radar in the summer, but Arsenal had no intention of entertaining bids for him after he played a crucial role in their successful Premier League season.

Despite signing Marc Cucurella and Ibrahima Konate this summer, Real Madrid will add at least one more defender next year, and Calafiori appeals to Jose Mourinho due to his ability to play on the left and centrally.

Man Utd scout Dortmund stars

The same outlet also writes that Man Utd had scouts in attendance at Der Klassiker to monitor four Borussia Dortmund stars.

The Red Devils hold a long-standing interest in midfielders Jobe Bellingham and Felix Nmecha, as well as striker Serhou Guirassy. However, their representatives also kept a close watch on left-back Daniel Svensson.

The Sweden international has started all but one game for the Black and Yellow this term and could be an option for Man Utd in their search for a long-term replacement for Luke Shaw.

Arsenal to step up Kroupi chase

Arsenal could "accelerate" their pursuit of Bournemouth forward Eli Kroupi as early as January, according to Football Insider.

The Gunners have been keen on the Frenchman since the summer and are now closely monitoring his performances again after his return from a lengthy injury lay-off. Viktor Gyokeres is reportedly unhappy with his lack of action and may have to be replaced in 2027.

Arsenal may be forced to start working on a possible Kroupi deal already in January because PSG are also showing a strong interest in the 20-year-old goalscoring sensation.
