Sunderland's only home win since August came against rock-bottom Wolves
Bournemouth unbeaten on their two previous top-flight visits to Stadium of Light
Recommended bet: Bournemouth to win
Sunderland will put their unbeaten Premier League home record on the line when they welcome Bournemouth to the Stadium of Light on Saturday.
Tipped by almost everyone to struggle following their promotion back to the top-flight, the Black Cats have made an impressive start and head into the weekend sitting seventh, level on points with their visitors but ahead of the Cherries due to their superior goal difference.

Team news
Black Cats head coach Regis Le Bris has confirmed he has no fresh injury concerns heading into Saturday's game and he could welcome winger Romaine Mundle back for the first time this season following a hamstring problem.
Dennis Cirkin is also closing in on a return from his wrist issue, although this game will come too soon for him, while Habib Diarra (groin) and Aji Alese (shoulder) both remain on the treatment table.
Justin Kluivert missed Bournemouth's draw with West Ham last weekend with the knock he picked up over the international break and he could be absent again, but Antoine Semenyo, who also sat out that game due to illness, is expected to return.
Ben Gannon-Doak (hamstring) remains a longer-term absentee.
The stats
Sunderland are unbeaten in all six of their Premier League matches at the Stadium of Light this season (W3, D3).
Bournemouth have only won one of their six away matches and are bidding to avoid a third successive road defeat.
The Cherries were 1-0 winners on their last visit to the Stadium of Light, Josh King scoring the only goal back in April 2017.
That success represents the only time Bournemouth have ever won an away match against Sunderland.
A defeat on Saturday would see Sunderland become the ninth team in Premier League history to have lost 300 games in the competition.
Bournemouth's David Brooks has had more shots without scoring (19) than any other player in the Premier League this season.

Prediction
Sunderland are unbeaten at the Stadium of Light and Bournemouth have registered just one win away, so on the face of it this would look like a home banker, but that does not tell the whole story.
The Black Cats are winless in three and, while they impressed to earn a home draw with leaders Arsenal before the international break, either side of that they were fortunate to avoid defeat against Everton and were outplayed and could have lost by more during last weekend's 1-0 reverse at Fulham.
The wins have also dried up for Bournemouth, but they showed great spirit to come from two goals down to draw 2-2 with West Ham last weekend, a match they should have won, as they boasted more than 76% possession and had an xG of 4.08 to the Hammers' 0.65.
If Andoni Iraola's side can pick up where they left off this weekend, then they could keep one of Sunderland's biggest weapons – their raucous home support – quiet.
Do that and they should have enough quality to become the first visiting team to win on Wearside this season.
