Aston Villa have won their five of their last six league games
Leeds United have won just one game since September 20th
Recommended bet: Aston Villa to win
Following a difficult start to the season, Unai Emery finally has his Aston Villa side motoring in the Premier League.
Their only league defeat since August came against Liverpool at the start of the month and their impressive run of form has them sitting sixth in the table ahead of the weekend action.
Meanwhile, the pressure is firmly on Leeds boss Daniel Farke, especially as the club remain a single point above the relegation zone prior to the visit of the Villans.
A win would certainly alleviate the pressure on the German.

Team news
Emery will be without the services of Tyrone Mings for this match, with the central defender having suffered an injury against Liverpool and hasn’t featured in Villa’s previous two games.
Fellow centre-back Ezri Konsa was sent home from the England camp after a slight issue, but it looks as though he will be ready to start on Sunday.
Matty Cash, Amadou Onana and Lamare Bogarde are all nursing niggles, but could still be available to face the Whites.
The only player missing for Leeds this weekend is Sebastiaan Bornauw, with Farke having a near full strength squad to pick from ahead of this must win clash.
Wilfried Gnonto looks set to return to the starting XI in what is a massive boost for Leeds.
The stats
Since Leeds were relegated from the Premier League at the end of the 2003/04 campaign, they have only played Villa on 12 occasions.
United have won just three of those 12 games, with one coming in the Premier League, albeit five years ago.
So far this season Leeds have scored 10 league goals, with only Wolves (7) scoring fewer, while the 20 goals the Yorkshiremen have conceded this season is the joint fourth-worst tally in the division.
Villa, on the other hand, have one of the best defensive records in the Premier League, conceding just 10 goals after 11 games.
Their attacking output could do with some work, though. Emery’s side have netted 13 goals, with only six teams scoring fewer.
Nevertheless, Villa did seal a confidence boosting 4-0 victory over Bournemouth last time out, which could prove to be the catalyst for more goals this weekend.

Prediction
Despite winning two of their opening five league matches following promotion, Leeds have struggled since the end of September.
Shaky at the back and lacking much presence in the final third, head coach Farke appears to be running out of time to get things back on track.
Villa will be brimming with confidence after back-to-back victories, scoring six goals in the process.
Another three points could see them push towards the Champions League places.
