Villa have lost just two of their last 15 games in all competitions
Rock-bottom Wolves winless in eight across all competitions
Recommended bet: Double Chance 2nd Half - Draw or Wolves
In-form Aston Villa will be looking to make it three wins in a week when Wolves make the short hop into Birmingham for a big weekend derby.
Villa have enjoyed 2-1 wins over Leeds in the Premier League and Young Boys in the Champions League to improve their standing in both those competitions.
So they will be confident of toppling Wolves, who are under the new management of Rob Edwards, but still the only side in the division without a win and in real danger of getting tailed off.

Team news
Villa are close to full strength with Amadou Onana back fit, with Tyrone Mings the only absentee.
Donyell Malan scored both goals in Thursday's 2-1 win over Young Boys in the Europa League and must be pressuring out-of-form Ollie Watkins for a league start.
Full-back Matt Doherty could come back into contention for Wolves, who are definitely missing Rodrigo Gomes.
New boss Edwards went with a 5-3-2 set-up in a 2-0 home defeat to Palace with plenty of Molineux watchers predicting a change of shape at Villa Park.
The stats
Villa have won four in a row and 10 of their last 12 matches in all competitions and they have won seven in a row at home.
Wolves have lost six in a row and are the only side in the Premier League yet to win a game.
Villa are 18th and Wolves 19th in the xG rankings.
Wolves have won an average of 3.1 corners per game in the Premier League this term, with only Burnley mustering less.

Prediction
The prices suggest Villa win this Midlands derby at an absolute canter, but there are grounds for thinking Wolves can prove a tough challenge for Unai Emery's men.
It has been a tough few days for Villa, who have been tested at Leeds in the Premier League and at home to Young Boys in the Europa League.
They passed both examinations, coming away with a pair of 2-1 wins, but it is a tiring schedule whereas Wolves have enjoyed a week off as their players get an understanding going with new boss Edwards.
Villa are obviously in good form, yet they are not the most expansive side and barely carve out more shots per game than Wolves, who are still awaiting a first victory.
Wolves looked solid enough for long periods of Edwards' first game in charge, last Saturday's 2-0 home defeat by Crystal Palace.
It is still another loss but Edwards was successful at both Luton and Middlesbrough and clearly has something about him.
Expect a tactical and personnel tweak at Villa Park and a better performance against an opponent that has every right to be tired.
If fatigue in Villa shows up it probably does so in the second period, which is a half Wolves are forecast not to lose.
