Bukayo Saka over 0.5 shots on target

The Arsenal winger has been attacking with more purpose this season than he did last term, and his greater menace is reflected in the numbers. During the Gunners’ 2025/26 title-winning campaign, Saka averaged 2.88 shots and 1.09 shots on target per 90 minutes in the Premier League.

This season, the 25-year-old’s figures are 3.25 and 1.95 for the same metrics, and with three goals scored so far, he’s already closing in on his entire Premier League haul from last year (7).

Saka had 1+ shots on target in each of his first five Premier League starts since the summer and he carried that form into the international break, netting twice in an English rout against Croatia in Rijeka.

James Trafford over 3.5 saves

Leeds’s unbeaten record is still intact after five rounds of Premier League fixtures and summer signing James Trafford has played a key role in the club’s fine start to the season. The keeper has made four saves in all but one of his five top-flight appearances for the club, and he could be just as busy on Saturday.

Leeds have the division’s joint-best defensive record so far, conceding just three goals in total, though only seven teams have conceded more shots on target, further highlighting Trafford’s importance. Arsenal clocked nine shots on target when they last played at home (vs Chelsea) and if they put up similar numbers against Leeds, Trafford should clear a target of over 3.5 saves with room to spare.

Gabriel Gudmundsson over 1.5 fouls

Leeds wingback Gudmundsson faces arguably his trickiest assignment of the season so far on Saturday when he defends against livewire winger Bukayo Saka on the visitor’s left flank. Saka has already been fouled 15 times (3.26 p/90) in the league since August, making him the second-most fouled player in the division after Bournemouth’s Alex Scott.

Last term, Gudmundsson played against Arsenal and Saka twice, and he was collared for two and three fouls in those outings, picking up a yellow card on each occasion. The 27-year-old could be just as uncomfortable in Saturday’s early kick-off.

Over 1.5 Arsenal goals

We’ve already touched on Leeds’s fine defensive record this season and James Trafford’s ability between the sticks, however, Daniel Farke’s side have found the going extremely tough in recent encounters with Arsenal, and we’re backing the Gunners to net at least twice for the fourth successive meeting with the Yorkshiremen.

Arsenal hammered Leeds 4-0 when the teams last crossed paths at Elland Road in January and they put another five past them before that in the clubs’ reverse fixture at the Emirates Stadium (5-0). That drubbing was preceded by another in North London (4-1). On that evidence, Mikel Arteta has Farke’s number tactically, so back Arsenal to deliver again here.

Anton Stach over 1.5 fouls

The German midfielder is the only Leeds player to have broken through the double-figure ceiling for total fouls (10) in the Premier League so far this season. Stach has been conceding 2.00 free kicks per 90 minutes for United and he should have more opportunities to stick his boot in against possession-hungry Arsenal.

Stach conceded three fouls in two of his final three Premier League starts before the recent international break, and when he last played at the Emirates Stadium in August 2026, he committed two fouls, one of which led to a penalty for the Gunners.
