Penultimate gameweek in Premier League starts with Aston Villa vs Liverpool on Friday
Relegation-threatened West Ham go to Newcastle on Sunday
Leaders Arsenal host Burnley on Monday, second-placed Man City face Bournemouth on Tuesday
The Premier League is close to its conclusion for another season but, with just two rounds of fixtures to go, there is still plenty to be resolved.
The title race continues with Arsenal two points clear of Manchester City at the top, while West Ham and Tottenham remain in danger of relegation.
Aston Villa vs Liverpool (Friday, 8pm)
This game could go a long way to deciding who finishes fourth with Liverpool, who are currently in that position, ahead of Villa only on goal difference.
Both teams have had some poor results of late, though, and a share of the spoils looks likely at Villa Park.
Score prediction: Aston Villa 2-2 Liverpool
Manchester United vs Nottingham Forest (Sunday, 12.30pm)
Nottingham Forest are now safe from the drop and they can extend their impressive unbeaten league run to nine games by earning a point at Old Trafford against a United side that are set to finish third.
Score prediction: Manchester United 1-1 Nottingham Forest
Brentford vs Crystal Palace (Sunday, 3pm)
A top-six place is still a possibility for Brentford and they can secure a win to keep their hopes of European football alive by seeing off Crystal Palace, who have enjoyed themselves on the continent this season – making it to the UEFA Conference League final.
The Bees have only won one of their last eight games, although they have drawn five in that spell, and can edge out the Eagles.
Score prediction: Brentford 3-1 Crystal Palace
Everton vs Sunderland (Sunday, 3pm)
Everton's hopes of a top-six place are almost over after a five-game winless run, but they should finish their first season at the Hill Dickinson Stadium with victory over Sunderland.
The Black Cats have exceeded expectations to sit 12th in the table but have failed to win any of their last four matches.
Score prediction: Everton 2-1 Sunderland
Leeds vs Brighton (Sunday, 3pm)
Leeds have confirmed their top-flight status for next season and will want to finish on a high at home, but seventh-placed Brighton are aiming to overhaul Bournemouth above them in the final two games and can give themselves a chance of doing it with an away win.
Score prediction: Leeds 0-1 Brighton
Wolves vs Fulham (Sunday, 3pm)
Fulham look set to finish in mid-table and should end a two-game losing run with victory at Molineux over a Wolves side who have won just three games all season and were relegated weeks ago.
Score prediction: Wolves 1-3 Fulham
Newcastle vs West Ham (Sunday, 5.30pm)
West Ham are in desperate need of a win as they remain in the relegation zone, two points behind Tottenham, who do not play until Tuesday.
However, getting anything from their trip to Newcastle will be difficult with the Magpies determined to finish in the top half after an underwhelming campaign.
Score prediction: Newcastle 2-1 West Ham
Arsenal vs Burnley (Monday, 8pm)
Arsenal's lead at the top was cut to two points by Man City when they brushed Crystal Palace aside on Wednesday, but the Gunners should extend it back to five with a comfortable home success over already-relegated Burnley.
Score prediction: Arsenal 5-0 Burnley
Bournemouth vs Manchester City (Tuesday, 7.30pm)
If Arsenal do see off Burnley, City will know only a win at Bournemouth will take the title race to the final day.
Pep Guardiola's side will hope to have secured the FA Cup before they head to the south coast, with this game coming three days after their Wembley date against Chelsea.
Bournemouth are on a superb 16-game unbeaten run so this is by no means a straightforward task but City can dig in for another vital three points.
Score prediction: Bournemouth 2-3 Manchester City
Chelsea vs Tottenham (Tuesday, 8.15pm)
The gameweek is rounded off by a huge London derby as Spurs eye survival with victory at Stamford Bridge.
Roberto De Zerbi has had a positive impact with two draws and two wins in the last four games and Tottenham can pick up a crucial victory on Tuesday too that could be enough to keep them up.
Score prediction: Chelsea 0-1 Tottenham
