Chelsea have lost six consecutive Premier League matches
Man City have beaten Brentford to nil in the league and EFL Cup this season
Arsenal have kept just two clean sheets in their last 10 away matches
Manchester City's 3-3 draw at Everton last Monday has left Arsenal in the box seat to claim the Premier League title and the Gunners know they will be crowned champions if they win their final three matches, starting with this Sunday's clash with relegation-threatened West Ham.
City, meanwhile, will hope to pile on the pressure when they host Brentford on Saturday, while Monday's fixture is a huge one at the other end of the table as Roberto De Zerbi's Tottenham welcome Leeds to north London.
Liverpool vs Chelsea (Saturday, 12.30pm)
One of the standout fixtures of the weekend could go the way of Liverpool. The Reds have claimed 10 points from their last four Anfield matches and can all but seal Champions League football against a Chelsea team with one eye on next week's FA Cup final.
Score prediction: Liverpool 2-1 Chelsea
Fulham vs Bournemouth (Saturday, 3pm)
Fulham have claimed 32 of their 48 points at Craven Cottage and are likely to prove tough opponents for Bournemouth. The Cherries are unbeaten in 15 league games, but eight of those were draws, and they may have to settle for a share of the spoils.
Score prediction: Fulham 1-1 Bournemouth
Sunderland vs Manchester United (Saturday, 3pm)
Sunderland lost 5-0 in their last home match and look vulnerable against a Manchester United team finishing with a flourish under Michael Carrick. The Red Devils have won three on the spin but have conceded in their last two.
Score prediction: Sunderland 1-3 Manchester United
Brighton vs Wolves (Saturday, 3pm)
Brighton's European hopes should be boosted against relegated Wolves. The Seagulls have won three of their last four at the Amex, including victories over Liverpool and Chelsea, while their visitors have failed to score in three of their last four.
Score prediction: Brighton 2-0 Wolves
Manchester City vs Brentford (Sunday, 5.30pm)
Manchester City should bounce back at home to Brentford. The Citizens are unbeaten in 15 home matches at the Etihad, winning 12. The Bees, on the other hand, are winless in three Premier League away games, scoring just once.
Score prediction: Man City 3-0 Brentford
Nottingham Forest vs Newcastle (Sunday, 2pm)
Nottingham Forest can take a huge step towards Premier League survival by securing a win against Newcastle. The Tricky Trees have won four of their last five league matches, scoring 16 goals in the process, while the Magpies' recent win over Brighton is not certain to spark a turnaround.
Score prediction: Nottingham Forest 3-1 Newcastle
Crystal Palace vs Everton (Sunday, 2pm)
Crystal Palace have been fully focused on the Conference League, and there are no guarantees they will claim three points at home to Everton, who still harbour European hopes for next season. The Toffees have picked up 25 of their 48 points on their travels and can share the spoils at Selhurst Park.
Score prediction: Crystal Palace 1-1 Everton
Burnley vs Aston Villa (Sunday, 2pm)
Burnley's season is ending with a whimper, and that spells trouble against an Aston Villa side looking to rubber-stamp their Champions League place for next season. The Villans are 38 points better off than Burnley and can make their class count.
Score prediction: Burnley 0-2 Aston Villa
West Ham vs Arsenal (Sunday, 4.30pm)
Arsenal have won six of their last eight Premier League matches and can move closer to the title at the expense of West Ham, whose relegation woes look set to deepen. The Hammers can take heart from their home form — they are unbeaten in six league games at the London Stadium — but Arsenal are a class above their London rivals.
Score prediction: West Ham 1-2 Arsenal
Tottenham vs Leeds (Monday, 8pm)
Back-to-back wins have significantly improved the mood at Tottenham, and Spurs can take a step towards survival with a win over Leeds. The Lilywhites are responding positively to Roberto De Zerbi, while Leeds have secured just 14 of their 43 points on the road this season.
Score prediction: Tottenham 2-1 Leeds
