Bamidele Yusuf saw red for the visitors in the 77th minute, but the Rossoneri still couldn't find a way through. They wasted several chances, and the Hungarians held on for a shock win.
The defeat leaves Milan stuck on 3 points in 26th place, a bitter blow after their 3-1 triumph over Inter in the derby. Ferencváros, meanwhile, climb to 12 points and sit second, behind only England's Bournemouth on goal difference.
That's now three Europa League losses for Milan this season. Benfica beat them 2-0 at home in the opening round, Bournemouth hammered them by three goals on their own patch, and their lone win came against Austria's Salzburg (4-0).
