Ausilio closer to Tottenham: the strategy with De Zerbi

A new challenge looms for the former Inter sporting director

Piero Ausilio's future could lie in the Premier League. Il Giornale reports that Tottenham are considering the former Inter executive to strengthen their management structure. Roberto De Zerbi is said to have personally endorsed his candidacy.

For Spurs, Ausilio's experience at Inter and his knowledge of the Italian and international transfer markets would be an asset as they look to build a competitive project through targeted investment and long-term planning.

A potential partnership with De Zerbi could bring the manager's technical demands and the London club's transfer strategy closer together. For now, though, there is no official confirmation that Ausilio will join Tottenham.
