A source at Al-Hilal settles the debate over the Frimpong deal
New details about the Liverpool star
A source close to Saudi club Al-Hilal has ended the speculation over a possible move for Dutchman Jeremie Frimpong, the Liverpool full-back, in the upcoming transfer window, after reports linked the player with a switch to "the Boss".
Those reports had surfaced over the past few hours, placing Frimpong firmly in Al-Hilal's sights as the club looked to add fresh faces ahead of the challenges to come.

Koooora contacted a source close to Al-Hilal, who denied any interest in the Dutch full-back. The player is not on the management's table at present, the source confirmed.
Italian boss Simone Inzaghi wants reinforcements at centre-back and in midfield above all else, the source explained. He needs to strengthen both areas before he even thinks about adding a new right-back.
Inzaghi rates local full-back Mohammed Mahzari highly, the source added. That is why he would rather spend a foreign slot on a centre-back or a defensive midfielder than sign Frimpong.
The talk linking Frimpong with Al-Hilal, then, looks a long way from the club's thinking. The coaching staff are focused on more pressing needs within the squad, according to the source close to "the Boss".
