Moretto: ‘Roma and Milan want him’ – January exit remains possible for Real Madrid starlet
Endrick’s future at Real Madrid remains uncertain, and AC Milan are at the window ready to try and pounce, along with a rival.
Milan tried for Endrick in the summer transfer window but were told no by Real Madrid because the head coach Jose Mourinho wanted to keep him. However, the Brazilian is barely getting any playing time, and the possibility of leaving the club in the upcoming winter window remains open.
This was revealed by Matteo Moretto on La Pizarra de Quintana, on Radio MARCA, where he mentioned two Italian clubs interested in acquiring his services.
“Although Mourinho has already said he will stay, the possibility of Endrick leaving in January remains on the table,” he began.
“He’s not getting many minutes. He came on for two or three minutes against Leipzig, he played very little. In Italy, Roma and Milan want him. Especially Roma. It’s a real possibility for January.”
So, it appears as though the Rossoneri will have to overcome competition from a team they are currently level on points with in order to win the race for the former Palmeiras talent.
However, it has also been suggested by Moretto that Gerry Cardinale’s good relationship with Roc Nation Sports – the agency that represents Endrick – could be positive factor for Milan.
