An early, painful blow for Barcelona in the Clasico

What happened?

Barcelona were forced into an unscheduled change during the Clasico against Real Madrid. Left-back Xavi Espart felt a muscular discomfort that compelled him to leave the pitch, with Alejandro Baldé coming on in his place.

A collision with Aurélien Tchouaméni sent Espart to the ground before he left the match, with anticipation growing over his condition and the severity of the injury.

Baldé's introduction brought a reshuffle on the flanks. The substitute takes over the left, while João Cancelo shifts to the right as Barcelona look to preserve their defensive and attacking balance.
