An achievement from the age of legends: Mbappé surpasses Raúl and continues to humiliate Barcelona

Kylian Mbappé keeps writing new chapters in El Clásico. France's Real Madrid forward struck again on Sunday evening at the Spotify Camp Nou, finding the net in the tenth round of the Spanish league and adding another entry to a record already bursting with statistics.

His goal, which put Los Blancos ahead, came after Diomandé swung in a cross from the left. Gerard Martín tried to clear but made a mess of it, and the ball ran to Mbappé, who turned it past goalkeeper Joan García with his foot.

The Frenchman's numbers didn't stop there. The French network "Stats Foot" flagged another scoring milestone reached by the Real Madrid man across Europe's major leagues.

According to the network, Mbappé has now taken his tally to 257 goals in the five major leagues during his professional career, moving past former Real Madrid legend Raúl González on 256.

They also pointed out that Barcelona are among the sides who have conceded most to Mbappé in official matches. He has beaten them 13 times, with only Montpellier higher on the list after shipping 15.

That return against Barcelona matches his goals against both Monaco and Lyon, according to the same figures, proof of just how prolific the Frenchman has been against the Catalans.

In a related note, the statistics-focused "MisterChip" account highlighted his extraordinary start in El Clásico. Mbappé has scored 7 goals in his first 7 appearances in the historic fixture between Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Only three players had ever managed that in a rivalry stretching back more than 124 years, and all did so over 75 years ago: Bernabéu in 1916, Samitier in 1932 and Pahiño in 1951.

Mbappé now sits alongside that rare group in El Clásico's history. He has the knack of leaving his mark on one of the most famous and fiercely contested fixtures in world football.
