Tottenham interim manager Igor Tudor reportedly has just four games to save his skin in north London, and they are four very tough fixtures.
Tudor was brought in as interim Spurs boss in late February, with the club teetering above the relegation zone after the sacking of Thomas Frank, whose promising start fell away, leaving the club in danger of another very underwhelming season.
Tudor joined Tottenham with a reputation of immediately improving teams, but that's been far from the truth in north London, with the boss overseeing three consecutive defeats, to Arsenal, Fulham and Crystal Palace.
Sack pressure has quickly ramped up as Tottenham obviously don't want to suffer the catastrophe of being relegated from the Premier League, and The Telegraph reports Tudor now has four games to save his skin.
It is suggested that if there are not positive signs in those games, as well, obviously, as positive results, Tudor will be relieved of his duties. Robbie Keane is thought to be standing by to take over from him, though other more experienced managers have been linked.
In any case, Tudor does not have an easy task to save his skin, with both legs of the Champions League round of 16 tie against Atletico Madrid to come, as well as a trip to reigning Premier League champions Liverpool, and then a game against fellow relegation-threatened Nottingham Forest - each game providing a fresh challenge.
Atletico have reached the quarter-finals in two of the last four years in the Champions League, so while it's not a certainty that they get through Spurs, they are certainly a more experienced side in Europe.
In the Premier League, Liverpool are battling for a top-four spot, and that feels pivotal with Reds boss Arne Slot under his own pressure, given he's failed to have his side compete to retain their Premier League crown.
Perhaps the most important of the four-game spell, though, is when Spurs welcome Forest to their home turf.
Just one point separates the sides, with Forest the first safe side, on 28 points - the same as 18th-placed West Ham - and Tottenham one point above them in the next place.
Forest themselves are in marginally better form than Tottenham, having won once and drawn once in their last five games - against Fenerbahce and Manchester City, respectively.
A loss for Spurs in that game is likely to plunge them into the relegation places and Tudor could surely have no complaints about being given the boot if he loses it, especially if it should come off the back of poor results in the three games preceding it.
With an effective three-week break after that for Tottenham, owing to international football and the club's failure to progress in the FA Cup, the deadline for Tudor's future makes sense.
He felt he "saw something" when his side were beaten 2-1 by Fulham on March 1, but that something needs to convert losses into results or the club are in huge danger.
