Portsmouth boss gives latest injury updates on duo
Portsmouth boss John Mousinho says Keshi Anderson is still around four to six weeks away from returning, with the club taking a cautious approach to his recovery.
The Blues are keen to avoid any setbacks and Mousinho says Anderson will not be rushed back into action.
“Keshi is due back in about four to six weeks,” Mousinho told the Portsmouth News.
“We’re being very slow with that one.”
There was also a positive update on John Swift, who has been sidelined for the past month with a knee injury.
Swift has now returned to work on the grass as he continues his rehabilitation, although Mousinho expects the midfielder to remain unavailable for around another six weeks.
“Swifty is out on the grass today,” he said.
“We’re probably looking at a similar timescale, probably about six weeks.”
