Clement confirms double Norwich City boost

Norwich City boss Philippe Clement has confirmed Kenny McLean and Pelle Mattsson are both available for Saturday’s trip to Bristol City.

The pair have returned to training and will travel with the squad, although Clement says a final decision on whether either starts will be made on the day of the game.

“Kenny and Pelle have also done some training,” Clement said.

“They’re going to travel with us and then we can decide tomorrow about the squad, the bench and starting players.

“But they’re both available for at least some minutes.”

Ante Crnac, meanwhile, is continuing to build his fitness after returning to action.

“He’s still not up to speed like he was before, but he’s taking steps,” Clement said.

“That’s why I wanted to reward him also in this last game, that he could come on the pitch and get some rhythm with the boys together.

“But he still needs a lot of work to become the player that he can be.”
