Official: Real Madrid squad for the La Liga game against Valencia

Following a dramatic win over AEK Athens in their fourth UEFA Champions League game of the 2026-27 season, Real Madrid are set to face Valencia in their next La Liga game. Their two main contenders for the league title, FC Barcelona and Atletico Madrid, are also set to face one another this weekend, and as at least one of them is sure to drop points, the Merengues will have to get a win to ensure they take full advantage of this situation.

As a result, Jose Mourinho has called up all his available players for this match. The squad list released by the club shows the return of two important players, Arda Guler and Aurelien Tchouameni, who were not called up for the last UCL game against AEK Athens to give them some rest amid such a hectic schedule.

However, the forward Vinicius Junior is once again not a part of this team as he continues to serve the four-match ban that he was handed for his hair-pulling incident during the match against Villarreal.
