Rangers have scored in all eight competitive games this season
Club Brugge are on a five-match winning streak
Recommended bet: Club Brugge to win and both teams to score
Rangers have a mountain to climb against Club Brugge after losing the first leg of their Champions League play-off tie 3-1 at Ibrox last week, and their chances of overturning the deficit look slim.
That victory in Glasgow extended Club Brugge’s excellent start to the season, and they will be hoping to finish the job when they host the Gers at the Jan Breydel Stadion on Wednesday.
Team news
Romeo Vermant and Raphael Onyedika are both doubts for Club Brugge, but Mamadou Diakhon could make his first start for the club after coming on for his debut at Ibrox.
Rangers remain without Cyriel Dessers and Dujon Sterling for their trip to Belgium, but new loan signing Jayden Meghoma is expected to start again.

The stats
Rangers have only won three of their eight competitive matches this season.
Club Brugge have won five of their last six competitive home games.
The Belgians have conceded in five of these, though.
Rangers have not won an away game since March.
The Gers have scored in 22 of their last 23 away matches.
Prediction
Rangers found themselves three goals down inside the opening 20 minutes in the first leg, and while they did improve after that disastrous start, the single goal clawed back in the second half leaves them with a mountain to climb in Belgium.
That extended Club Brugge’s winning run to five matches in all competitions, and they are justified favourites to finish the job against a struggling Gers outfit back at the Jan Breydel Stadion.
The visitors have won just three of their nine competitive games this season and have not won on the road since March, while Club Brugge have won all three home games this term and, looking back to last season, have eight wins from their last 10 in front of their own fans.
They have conceded in seven of those 10, though, and could be vulnerable against a Rangers side who, despite their troubles, have hit the back of the net regularly this term.
Martin’s side have scored in all eight competitive matches to extend their scoring streak to 13 matches, with their last blank in front of goal coming in their Europa League defeat in Bilbao in April.
Another defeat is on the cards for the Scottish giants, but they should at least give the travelling fans something to cheer by getting on the scoresheet.
