Aston Villa showed a glimpse of how stunning a Jackson, Manzambi, Mbaye trio can be

Aston Villa showed how dangerous an attack featuring Nicolas Jackson, Johan Manzambi and Ibrahim Mbaye can be when they thrashed Fenerbahce 6-0 on Wednesday night.
The trio started a game together for the first time, and each of them was in stunning form in the dominant 6-0 victory.
Jackson scored for the second game running, and added a second goal this time, while Manzambi netted his first-ever Champions League goal, and Mbaye grabbed an assist.
The way each man impacted the game was impressive.
Jackson often found himself in good shooting positions, as would be expected from the striker, and of his four shots, three were on target and two found the net.
There were times when Manzambi and Mbaye connected perfectly, with the latter receiving the ball on the wing in the second half, quickly shifting it back to the former in a good position, who cut inside and was brought down for a penalty.
Manzambi had been a constant threat, scoring from inside the box earlier in the game.
He made five passes into the Fenerbahce box, created three chances, and had five touches in the Turkish side's box.
Mbaye was one of the most impressive players on the pitch - creating the joint-most chances in the game (four) and having the most touches in the opposition box (eight).
Not long after he'd recycled the ball to Manzambi to lead to a Villa penalty, Mbaye was threaded through on the left-wing, doing well to keep the ball in play before reversing it to Ross Barkley, who scored his second goal of the game with a first-time finish.
Villa stars happy with new attacking trio
Jackson was evidently pleased to be being supplied by Manzambi and Mbaye as he netted twice.
He told TNT Sports: "He [Johan Manzambi] is a top player. I'm really happy we're playing together. "He [Ibrahim Mbaye] is an amazing player. We're in the [Senegal] national team together. Hopefully he'll get more time to play. He's very fast. It's good to have him."
Barkley was happy with the performance of all three of the aforementioned stars after the game.
On Jackson, he said: "He's confident, a great lad, he's funny and brought a lot to the team already."
On Manzambi: "Johan is a top player, he's going to be unbelievable."
And on Mbaye: "He's only 18, but he's got so much ability."
