Bayern Munich travel to Spain to face Atletico Madrid in their next Champions League game at the Metropolitano Stadium on Tuesday night.

The Bavarian giants drew 2-2 against Borussia Dortmund in their last Bundesliga game, and are currently struggling with several injury and fitness problems.

Aaron Danks is already missing several key players for this game, but Bayern receive two timely fitness boosts for this game.

Atletico Madrid vs Bayern Munich: Double injury boost

Michael Olise appeared to have picked up an injury during the closing stages of the match against Dortmund.

The Frenchman, however, has trained with the squad without any problems, and has travelled with the team.

Christian Falk has told CFBayern Insider that Bayern will make a decision on Olise tomorrow whether he would start or not.

Likewise, Manuel Neuer has also trained with the squad after missing the past few games. A big decision will be made whether the veteran goalkeeper will start in goal, or Jonas Urbig will continue between the sticks.

Danks has added that he has made decided yet who would start in absence of both Ismael Saibari and Serge Gnbary, but he has full confidence in his players.

Bayern Injury News: Big blows

Max Eberl has confirmed that Isamel Saibari will be out for three to four months.

The Moroccan attacker has suffered a tear to the syndesmotic ligament in his right ankle and has already undergone successful surgery to address the issue.

Gnabry has picked up a muscle injury in his left hamstring and the German has been ruled out for the rest of the year.

Luis Diaz is expected to return to training after the international break, while Jamal Musiala should be back around that time too.

In the absence of so many attackers, it would be interesting to see if Bayern dip into the transfer market to sign any new forward in the market.
