Northern Superchargers face Trent Rockets in The Hundred Eliminator on Saturday, with the victors advancing to the final to face Oval Invincibles on Sunday.

The Rockets defeated the Superchargers in the group stage by four wickets and, while there looks to be little between the sides, Joe Root's class with the bat can make the difference in this eliminator.

Not only is Ahmed among the Rockets' top run getters, he is their leading wicket-taker with 10 in eight innings, followed by Marcus Stoinis with eight and three each for David Willey, Lockie Ferguson and Sam Cook.

For the Superchargers, Matt Potts leads the way with the ball, taking nine wickets in eight innings with a strike rate of 16.22.
