Charlton have been rewarded for dumping Brighton out of the Carabao Cup with a trip to Manchester United.

The League One strugglers will head to Old Trafford to take on Erik ten Hag's men, who beat Burnley on Wednesday night, in the quarter-finals.

Pep Guardiola's Manchester City must travel to Southampton after beating holders Liverpool in a thrilling contest at the Etihad.

The other ties will see Nottingham Forest head to Wolves and Eddie Howe's Newcastle host Leicester.
