Hassan 以 I Thushara
Two runs. Saif Hassan to Nuwan Thushara. Off break length ball, outside off stump on the front foot slog sweeping, mis-timed to long off for 2 runs, fielded by Tamim. Sri Lanka have set a target of 166 runs after a challenging batting performance. Tharindu Rathnayake stood out with an explosive 65 runs off just 39 balls, showcasing his aggressive intent with five sixes. However, the middle-order struggled to build partnerships, with only Sahan Arachchige providing any stability. Mahedi Hasan was the star with the ball for Bangladesh, claiming two crucial wickets that derailed Sri Lanka's momentum early on. Now, Bangladesh will look to capitalise on this modest target as they approach their innings with confidence and intent. Stay tuned for the run chase.
