Only one batter passed 50 for CA Green in response, although a crucial tenth-wicket partnership minimised the damage. Learoyd's 68 not out in the third innings put the game well in control for CA Gold, allowing their spinners (Nicklin 4/26, Mills 3/16) to utilise the aging pitch and seal victory. Other highlights from this afternoon were a direct-hit run out from Sianna Ginger and Courtney Neale's terrific outfield catch. It was a promising display of red-ball talent across the board with plenty of names to remember for the future.
